Dr. Elissa Bostian is a native of Springdale and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas. 🐗

She graduated from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio. 🤓

After optometry school, Elissa and her husband were eager to return to their home town.

Dr. Bostian’s work has been recognized through many accolades including, Registered Student Organization Mission Award for the Class of 2013 and was inducted into Beta Sigma Kappa’s International Optometric Honor Society. 🗝️

She has served NWA patients for the past 10 years and she has a strong value of providing quality, comprehensive eye care to her hometown community.

Dr. Bostian and her husband have one child. They love spending time outdoors – camping, hiking, and canoeing. When she can sneak away, she loves to escape with a good book. 📖

A so very sad send off! 👋🏼

Last week was a tough week for Radiant. Kelli is moving to be closer to family and as a result we feel the ache of missing a core and founding Radiant Family member.

We celebrated, cried and counted down to the last month, week, day, hour and minute.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kelli for nearly 7 years! She celebrated the birth of all 3 of my kiddos and treated them like family, cherishing each one. She worked diligently to learn and grow as an optometric technician during my years at BoozmanHof and then entered into the unknown with me when we started Radiant in 2020. She put the first frames on our shelves, had our first “team meeting” in my living room and wore many hats once we opened: patient care coordinator, technician, insurance, administrative assistant and nearly every one in between. I couldn’t have done this without her and would’t have wanted to. I’ve been blessed to call her friend while also trusting patients to her care and attention all these years… my heart aches at the thought of not having her skill, joy and smiling face every day at work!

BUT she will stay on team Radiant working remote! 🤩 She will remain an integral part of our growing team, serving our patients and team from Texas!

She is and will always be ✨Radiant✨

🏋🏽changing from scrubs to workout clothes at the gym to squeeze in a quick workout while the kids play
